Students’ experiences of the lack of laboratory teaching during lockdown

We have published an article as a part of WP3 on students’ experiences of the lack of laboratory teaching during the lockdown. In the article “When The Lab Works disappears: Students’ Perception of Laboratory Teaching for Quality Learning” the students describe the pedagogical and epistemological importance of the laboratory as a part of laboratory learning. The pedagogical aspect concerns timely feedback and dialogue that scaffold the student's learning.

The epistemological importance comes from the experience of the transformations that happen in the lab and a sense of embodiment that provides structure to the student's experience.
